Michael Freeman Killed in Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Accident

Glendale, Arizona—Michael Freeman was killed Friday evening when a vehicle exiting a private drive pulled directly into the path of his motorcycle.  The driver fled the scene, which was captured on surveillance video.

Accident investigators with the Glendale Police Department say that Mr. Freeman reportedly was traveling west on Northern Avenue at 51st Avenue when the tragic incident occurred.  Mr. Freeman attempted to lay down his motorcycle, but was unable to avoid the fatal collision.

Witnesses describe the vehicle as faded dark blue or black with a spoiler mounted on the trunk.  It is a two-door Honda with license plate number BKJ 3778.  The vehicle was last seen heading north on 51st Avenue.
